This tap and die set is manufactured from high speed steel and conforms to ISO 529 and DIN13 standards. With each size is a taper, second and plug along with appropriately sized circular dies. Ratchet wrench, tap wrench and circular die holder included.
Description
Manufactured from high-speed steel (HSS). This tap and die set has taps in sets of three with 1 x taper, 1 second and 1 plug tap for each size along with appropriately sized circular dies. Also include ins rachet wrench, tap wrench and circular die holder.
All taps are precision manufactured to ISO 529 standards and ground with thread to DIN13. Suitable applications for thread cutting by hand and machines when used on unalloyed and low alloyed steel, and non-abrasive material up to 900 N/mm2. Also enables cutting of through and blind holes.
